On-Farm Slaughter
The On-Farm Slaughter Operation License (OFSO) enables an individual to conduct on-farm slaughter and processing activities on their property.
This license will enable a livestock producer to sell a live animal to a customer and the customer can have the animal slaughtered and processed on the farm.
On-site cut and wrap is available.
On-Farm Slaughter is a very affordable way to stock your freezer and is available for pick-up only. Prices are based on a per-pound basis and are determined by the size of the animal.
